Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Dbs6xMng.dll
2.Extract Dbs6xMng.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Dbs6xMng.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Dbs6xMng.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Dbs6xMng.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Dbs6xMng.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Dbs6xMng.dll and press Enter.
