Using the zip or rar file
1.Download De1466.dll
2.Extract De1466.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract De1466.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting De1466.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract De1466.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place De1466.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 De1466.dll and press Enter.
