Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DirectX9GUIRenderer.dll
2.Extract DirectX9GUIRenderer.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DirectX9GUIRenderer.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DirectX9GUIRenderer.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DirectX9GUIRenderer.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DirectX9GUIRenderer.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DirectX9GUIRenderer.dll and press Enter.
