Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dbrecordviewer.dll
2.Extract dbrecordviewer.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dbrecordviewer.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dbrecordviewer.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dbrecordviewer.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dbrecordviewer.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dbrecordviewer.dll and press Enter.
