Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ddpEf8i0CVvj.dll
2.Extract ddpEf8i0CVvj.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ddpEf8i0CVvj.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ddpEf8i0CVvj.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ddpEf8i0CVvj.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ddpEf8i0CVvj.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ddpEf8i0CVvj.dll and press Enter.
