Using the zip or rar file
1.Download D3D11GraphicsCore.dll 1.0.3.0
2.Extract D3D11GraphicsCore.dll 1.0.3.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract D3D11GraphicsCore.dll 1.0.3.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting D3D11GraphicsCore.dll 1.0.3.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract D3D11GraphicsCore.dll 1.0.3.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place D3D11GraphicsCore.dll 1.0.3.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 D3D11GraphicsCore.dll 1.0.3.0 and press Enter.
