Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DYIngestDBManageU.dll
2.Extract DYIngestDBManageU.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DYIngestDBManageU.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DYIngestDBManageU.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DYIngestDBManageU.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DYIngestDBManageU.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DYIngestDBManageU.dll and press Enter.
