Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DllReturnSuply.dll
2.Extract DllReturnSuply.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DllReturnSuply.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DllReturnSuply.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DllReturnSuply.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DllReturnSuply.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DllReturnSuply.dll and press Enter.
