Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DvrTI.dll
2.Extract DvrTI.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DvrTI.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DvrTI.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DvrTI.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DvrTI.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DvrTI.dll and press Enter.
