Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Dwnload.dll
2.Extract Dwnload.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Dwnload.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Dwnload.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Dwnload.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Dwnload.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Dwnload.dll and press Enter.
