Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Dxva2Mixer.dll
2.Extract Dxva2Mixer.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Dxva2Mixer.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Dxva2Mixer.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Dxva2Mixer.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Dxva2Mixer.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Dxva2Mixer.dll and press Enter.
