Using the zip or rar file
1.Download d17b.dll wei
2.Extract d17b.dll wei from .zip. We recommend that you extract d17b.dll wei to the installation directory of the program that is requesting d17b.dll wei.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract d17b.dll wei to your system directory. By default, this is:

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place d17b.dll wei in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 d17b.dll wei and press Enter.
