Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dxn2f0st.dll
2.Extract dxn2f0st.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dxn2f0st.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dxn2f0st.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dxn2f0st.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dxn2f0st.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dxn2f0st.dll and press Enter.
