Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DALUtility.dll
2.Extract DALUtility.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DALUtility.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DALUtility.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DALUtility.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DALUtility.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DALUtility.dll and press Enter.
