Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DSSaveAsTheme.dll
2.Extract DSSaveAsTheme.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DSSaveAsTheme.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DSSaveAsTheme.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DSSaveAsTheme.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DSSaveAsTheme.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DSSaveAsTheme.dll and press Enter.
