Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DToolsX.dll
2.Extract DToolsX.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DToolsX.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DToolsX.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DToolsX.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DToolsX.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DToolsX.dll and press Enter.
