Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DVRS2MPG.dll
2.Extract DVRS2MPG.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DVRS2MPG.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DVRS2MPG.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DVRS2MPG.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DVRS2MPG.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DVRS2MPG.dll and press Enter.
