Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DbgTl2np.dll
2.Extract DbgTl2np.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DbgTl2np.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DbgTl2np.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DbgTl2np.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DbgTl2np.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DbgTl2np.dll and press Enter.
