Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DlgRdClips.dll
2.Extract DlgRdClips.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DlgRdClips.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DlgRdClips.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DlgRdClips.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DlgRdClips.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DlgRdClips.dll and press Enter.
