Using the zip or rar file
1.Download db2dbg.dll
2.Extract db2dbg.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract db2dbg.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting db2dbg.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract db2dbg.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place db2dbg.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 db2dbg.dll and press Enter.
