Using the zip or rar file
1.Download db2exsrv.dll
2.Extract db2exsrv.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract db2exsrv.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting db2exsrv.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract db2exsrv.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place db2exsrv.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 db2exsrv.dll and press Enter.
