Using the zip or rar file
1.Download D8WingLib.dll
2.Extract D8WingLib.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract D8WingLib.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting D8WingLib.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract D8WingLib.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place D8WingLib.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 D8WingLib.dll and press Enter.
