Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DDozen2CH.dll
2.Extract DDozen2CH.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DDozen2CH.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DDozen2CH.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DDozen2CH.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DDozen2CH.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DDozen2CH.dll and press Enter.
