Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DL91AGM.dll
2.Extract DL91AGM.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DL91AGM.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DL91AGM.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DL91AGM.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DL91AGM.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DL91AGM.dll and press Enter.
