Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DSPlugInAI2010COM.dll
2.Extract DSPlugInAI2010COM.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DSPlugInAI2010COM.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DSPlugInAI2010COM.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DSPlugInAI2010COM.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DSPlugInAI2010COM.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DSPlugInAI2010COM.dll and press Enter.
