Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DSPlugInUG5COM.dll
2.Extract DSPlugInUG5COM.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DSPlugInUG5COM.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DSPlugInUG5COM.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DSPlugInUG5COM.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DSPlugInUG5COM.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DSPlugInUG5COM.dll and press Enter.
