Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DriveDllEx.dll
2.Extract DriveDllEx.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DriveDllEx.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DriveDllEx.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DriveDllEx.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DriveDllEx.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DriveDllEx.dll and press Enter.
