Using the zip or rar file
1.Download docwizfr.dll
2.Extract docwizfr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract docwizfr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting docwizfr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract docwizfr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place docwizfr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 docwizfr.dll and press Enter.
