Using the zip or rar file
1.Download D3D10Scene.dll
2.Extract D3D10Scene.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract D3D10Scene.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting D3D10Scene.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract D3D10Scene.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place D3D10Scene.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 D3D10Scene.dll and press Enter.
