Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DDFromZW97S.dll
2.Extract DDFromZW97S.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DDFromZW97S.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DDFromZW97S.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DDFromZW97S.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DDFromZW97S.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DDFromZW97S.dll and press Enter.
