Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DYCCBCSP112KA.dll
2.Extract DYCCBCSP112KA.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DYCCBCSP112KA.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DYCCBCSP112KA.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DYCCBCSP112KA.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DYCCBCSP112KA.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:

9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DYCCBCSP112KA.dll and press Enter.
