Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Dual Delay S.dll
2.Extract Dual Delay S.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Dual Delay S.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Dual Delay S.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Dual Delay S.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Dual Delay S.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Dual Delay S.dll and press Enter.
