Using the zip or rar file
1.Download d3dsnd.dll wei
2.Extract d3dsnd.dll wei from .zip. We recommend that you extract d3dsnd.dll wei to the installation directory of the program that is requesting d3dsnd.dll wei.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract d3dsnd.dll wei to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place d3dsnd.dll wei in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 d3dsnd.dll wei and press Enter.
