Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dcteg.dll
2.Extract dcteg.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dcteg.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dcteg.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dcteg.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dcteg.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dcteg.dll and press Enter.
