Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DecimateYUV420.dll
2.Extract DecimateYUV420.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DecimateYUV420.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DecimateYUV420.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DecimateYUV420.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DecimateYUV420.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DecimateYUV420.dll and press Enter.
