Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DllOtherPayDetail.dll
2.Extract DllOtherPayDetail.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DllOtherPayDetail.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DllOtherPayDetail.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DllOtherPayDetail.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DllOtherPayDetail.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DllOtherPayDetail.dll and press Enter.
