Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dsc30enu.dll
2.Extract dsc30enu.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dsc30enu.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dsc30enu.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dsc30enu.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dsc30enu.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dsc30enu.dll and press Enter.
