Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dwUtilSC.dll
2.Extract dwUtilSC.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dwUtilSC.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dwUtilSC.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dwUtilSC.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dwUtilSC.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dwUtilSC.dll and press Enter.
