Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DefSdkVideoEffectSepiaMono.dll
2.Extract DefSdkVideoEffectSepiaMono.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DefSdkVideoEffectSepiaMono.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DefSdkVideoEffectSepiaMono.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DefSdkVideoEffectSepiaMono.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DefSdkVideoEffectSepiaMono.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DefSdkVideoEffectSepiaMono.dll and press Enter.
