Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DiskTools.dll
2.Extract DiskTools.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DiskTools.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DiskTools.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DiskTools.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DiskTools.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DiskTools.dll and press Enter.
