Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DocumentViewerWeb.dll
2.Extract DocumentViewerWeb.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DocumentViewerWeb.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DocumentViewerWeb.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DocumentViewerWeb.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DocumentViewerWeb.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DocumentViewerWeb.dll and press Enter.
