Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dbdata9.dll
2.Extract dbdata9.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dbdata9.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dbdata9.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dbdata9.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dbdata9.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dbdata9.dll and press Enter.
