Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dwto8vlj.dll
2.Extract dwto8vlj.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dwto8vlj.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dwto8vlj.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dwto8vlj.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dwto8vlj.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dwto8vlj.dll and press Enter.
