Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DSMgr.dll
2.Extract DSMgr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DSMgr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DSMgr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DSMgr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DSMgr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DSMgr.dll and press Enter.
