Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DTSTranscode1m5DL.dll
2.Extract DTSTranscode1m5DL.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DTSTranscode1m5DL.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DTSTranscode1m5DL.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DTSTranscode1m5DL.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DTSTranscode1m5DL.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DTSTranscode1m5DL.dll and press Enter.
