Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Dbgwproc.dll
2.Extract Dbgwproc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Dbgwproc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Dbgwproc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Dbgwproc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Dbgwproc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Dbgwproc.dll and press Enter.
