Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DllCbtz.dll
2.Extract DllCbtz.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DllCbtz.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DllCbtz.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DllCbtz.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DllCbtz.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DllCbtz.dll and press Enter.
