Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DllUpDataCard.dll
2.Extract DllUpDataCard.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DllUpDataCard.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DllUpDataCard.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DllUpDataCard.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DllUpDataCard.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DllUpDataCard.dll and press Enter.
