Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DCSC.dll 8.50.0.118
2.Extract DCSC.dll 8.50.0.118 from .zip. We recommend that you extract DCSC.dll 8.50.0.118 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DCSC.dll 8.50.0.118.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DCSC.dll 8.50.0.118 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DCSC.dll 8.50.0.118 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DCSC.dll 8.50.0.118 and press Enter.
