Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DllSun.dll
2.Extract DllSun.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DllSun.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DllSun.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DllSun.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DllSun.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DllSun.dll and press Enter.
